We have implemented the Higg Index System to our factories in Vietnam and based on the the stipulated 3-Phased system to improve control and resolve environmental issues in areas such as Wastewater, Electricity, Energy, Air Emissions, Waste and Renewable energy.

Our manufacturing facilities in Vietnam have joined Better Work Vietnam for factory compliance and have implemented Higg.org's EHS Index System. Our Research & Development team and Production team work closely together to provide services and products of excellence.

AUTOMATED PRODUCTION
SYSTEM

We have implemented the Automated Production System, using automated shoe machines, computer generated patterns, computer shewing machines etc to enhance production quality and increase output.

TOP QUALITY RAW MATERIALS

We connect with different parts of the world: India, Argentina, Brazil, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Korea, Thailand and Taiwan to acquire the finest quality raw materials for our production.

PHYSICAL TESTING

Every pair of shoes manufactured by our factories undergoes the most rigorous physical testing satisfying the requirements of different international standards to ensure top product quality.

We arrange our cadres and management personnel to visit large successful international companies regularly to learn good management skills and their corporate culture.
 

We conduct a 18 month her+ project for our female employees to participate in activities and seminars learning various social and personal health issues affecting their well beings. Topics include sexual harassment, family communication, domestic violence, physical checkup and breast cancer.
 
We set up a free kindergarten for the children of our employees where they will learn language skills, social norms, talents etc . Employees can entrust the kindergarten teachers to take good care of their children while they are at work.
 
For employees who achieved outstanding performance, they are rewarded a free travelling package in Vietnam where their family members can participate.
